Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-28 · Questions: hello@sunstatebrickell.com
This policy explains what Sun State Brickell LLC (“we”) collects when you use sunstatebrickell.com, how we use it, and your choices. Full Port, the trading community at sunstatebrickell.com/fullport, has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- Contact form — your name, business name, email, project type, budget and message. We store these with our payment processor, Stripe, as a customer record so we can follow up and, if you hire us, invoice you.
- Payments — when you buy a package, pay an invoice or start a maintenance plan, Stripe collects your payment details. We see the amount, status, your name and email, and the last digits of your card; we never receive your full card number.
- Client portal accounts — your name, email and password, plus the project details, files and messages exchanged in the portal. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and stored only in hashed form.
- Technical data — essential cookies that keep you signed in to the portal, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support your project, and bill for it.
- To run and secure the site and the client portal, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send service messages about your project, invoices and account. We only send marketing email if you asked for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments and customer records), Supabase (portal accounts and project data), Vercel (hosting) and our email and domain providers — each only as needed to provide our services, under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed to sign in and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for up to 2 years if you don't become a client. For clients, we keep project and billing records for as long as we work together and then as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally 7 years). Portal accounts can be closed on request.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing hello@sunstatebrickell.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor them and won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
Connections to the site are encrypted, payments are handled by Stripe, and portal data is protected by access rules that let each client see only their own projects. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll tell clients by email.
