Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Full Port, operated by Sun State Brickell (“we”), collects when you use sunstatebrickell.com/fullport and our community, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and stored only in hashed form; we never see them.
• Your agreement record — the version of the Terms you accepted and when, so we can show you agreed.
• Journal entries — anything you choose to log: your daily check-in (water, sleep, training, mood), your pre-market checklist and daily risk limits, the trades you record (symbol, direction, size, entry, stop, exit, fees, setup, how you felt before and after, the tags you pick and your lessons) and your weekly reviews. Journal entries are private to your account; database rules prevent other members — and the public site — from reading them.
• Payments — handled by our payment processor (Whop). We receive your membership status, not your full card number.
• Community — if you join our Discord, Discord's own privacy policy applies to what you post there.
• Technical data — essential cookies that keep you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and run the journal and member features.
• To send service messages — confirmation links, password resets, membership and policy updates, and waitlist notices you asked for.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use your journal entries for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Whop (payments), Discord (community) and our email provider — each only as needed to run Full Port, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for signing in and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and journal while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and journal entries within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your journal at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing hello@sunstatebrickell.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under California or other state privacy laws); we honor them and will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level database rules that limit each member to their own data. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Full Port is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify members of material changes.
