Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Full Port, operated by Sun State Brickell (“Full Port,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining our Discord community or using this website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use Full Port.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. You may not use Full Port where doing so would violate local law.

2. What Full Port is — and is not

Full Port publishes general, impersonal market research, trading alerts, educational content, software and a members' community. Full Port is not a broker, a financial adviser or an investment manager. We do not know your financial situation, we do not give personalized advice, and we do not manage, hold or trade money on your behalf. Full Port is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or the National Futures Association (NFA).

3. No financial advice; your decisions

Nothing on the site, in the Discord, in an alert, a live session, a journal or any other material is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any futures contract, security or other instrument. Every trading decision is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for its results. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before trading.

The member journal is a record-keeping tool. Its figures — P&L, R-multiples, discipline scores, verdicts and insights — are calculated only from what you enter, use estimated fees where you don't enter your own, and may differ from your broker's statements. They describe your past entries; they are not predictions or advice.

4. Risk acknowledgment

Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss, including losses greater than your deposit. Performance shown on Full Port — including results from prop-firm evaluation accounts, which are simulated — does not guarantee future results. You confirm you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure.

5. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password private and do not share your account; one person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@sunstatebrickell.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Membership and payment

The Community tier is free. Premium is a paid membership billed through our payment processor (Whop) at the price, billing period and renewal terms shown to you before you pay. Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the processor; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change prices for future periods with advance notice.

7. Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or illegal content.
• No spam, solicitation, or promoting other paid groups or services.
• No impersonating Full Port or claiming to speak for it.
• Alerts and member content are for your personal use only. Do not share, resell, repost, screenshot for distribution, automate the copying of, or otherwise redistribute them.

We may remove content or suspend or end access for violations, without refund where the violation is serious.

8. Intellectual property

All content, alerts, research, software, designs and trademarks on Full Port belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them while your membership is active. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, sell or build a competing product from them.

9. Third-party services and automation

Full Port relies on third parties (for example Discord, Whop, Supabase, Vercel, brokers, prop firms and signal routers). Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. Automated trading can fail — connections drop, orders are rejected, prices gap. Some prop firms prohibit automated or copy trading; it is your responsibility to follow your broker's and firm's rules.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Full Port is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Full Port and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of Full Port. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Full Port and its operators harmless from claims arising out of your use of Full Port, your trading, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Ending your use

You may stop using Full Port and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@sunstatebrickell.com to try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify members by email or in Discord. Continuing to use Full Port after changes means you accept them.
